Microsoft Lens is an official app from Microsoft Office to take a picture of any printed document or written text, and get as a result a clear and readable image with text.
The way Microsoft Lens works is very simple. When you open the app the camera on your Android turns on automatically, and a button lets you choose between the app's two main functionalities: document mode and blackboard mode. The first one crops the image and adds color to it, framing the document as well as it can. The second one crops the image and deletes glare.
The scanned images can be saved on OneNote, OneDrive, or locally on your device. You can also convert the image into Word format (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), or PDF (.pdf).
Microsoft Lens is an application that lets you keep all your important documents saved on your device's memory. No matter if it's on a piece of paper or on a blackboard, you can save all that information.
